When building a team to deliver specific goals projects offer a structure that makes delivery of user centred outcomes easy to estimate and manage. This is the most traditional approach to working with freelancers.
Fractional
Hourly rates apply.
Working to fractional terms provides flexibility — decide what tasks you need and when. With access to the skills required on demand you can pivot or zoom in depending on changing circumstances.
Workshops
Daily rates apply.
Workshops are designed to ignite creativity and problem-solving within your teams. Done well and workshops are a catalyst for growth — but they should be designed. When that happens the objectives, participants, key outcomes, follow up activities, and documentation are all organised and delivered by the facilitator.
