I’m a service designer based in the UK but my journey here has involved many unexpected turns. I didn’t set out to work in design or leave NYC. I moved into this space because I like to solve the whole problem. As a service designer I’m able to help customers, employees, and leaders and that’s my bigger picture.

Working with diverse needs requires me to simplify everything, and that aspect of my work drives everything I do. I know I’ve done a good job when people are able to take action. This type of work is a platform to meet interesting people and develop personally. It hasn’t disappointed and I’m always excited to see what happens next.
