A mega city is unique because everything is built to work together, and all at once. These projects are rare - when they occur, visitors experience a seamless level of connectivity and purpose that few places can provide.

Mega cities like NEOM must maintain a clear vision and design ethos across each development. These instructions must be clear and useable by each contributing team which vary in type and activity. A service blueprint shares the desired user experience and service delivery framework to everyone involved.

While using service blueprints for this purpose, challenges do arise in managing scale, maintaining accuracy, ensuring usability, and updating the blueprint to reflect evolving project needs and stakeholder requirements. This design story explains the way our team used an innovative tool to overcome the challenges of working with service blueprints on large scale and continuously updating projects.
